摘要
β21S是一种亚稳定β型钛合金,最初是针对美国国家航空航天飞机用金属基复合材料的可轧制带材的抗氧化基体合金而研制的。然而,该合金具有极好的综合性能,航空、航天工业部门正在考虑广泛应用该合金。本文测定了β21S的相变点,进行了超声检验,初步研究了棒材不同热处理状态下的力学性能及显微组织。结果表明,β21S合金具有优异的力学性能,其显微组织类似于其它贫β的亚稳定β钛合金的显微组织。
