摘要
根据整体淬火顶杆的制造及使用性能要求,研制了一种新型整体淬火顶杆专用钢65MnV,研究了该钢的物理、力学及工艺性能,并与顶杆常用钢65Mn进行比较。结果表明:65MnV钢具有良好的综合力学性能、加工性能和耐磨性。同65Mn相比,σ0.2和σb分别提高了292MPa和203MPa,ak和耐磨性分别提高了3倍和0.3倍。65MnV钢是一种理想的整体淬火顶杆用钢。
