摘要 研究了在高增压燃烧条件下固体推进剂/绝热层界面脱粘进一步扩展的诱导因素,获得了脱粘传播速度与燃烧室点火压强梯度之间的经验关系及临界压强梯度,提出了三种脱粘扩展模式。研究表明,当脱粘槽较窄并且点火增压梯度较大时,脱粘前沿扩展较快。这种由点火冲击和燃烧诱导的壳体结构变形及裂纹扩展现象是固体发动机在点火起动时发生爆炸事故的主要原因之一。 Factors affecting the debond propagation between burning metalized propellant grain and insulator under high pressurization rate combustion are investigated. An empirical correlation relating the debond propagation velocity with the chamber pressurization rate is obtained and also a critical value of pressurization rate. The authors put forward three debond propagation models under the different operating conditions. It is found that there is serious coupling phenomena between combustion within a debond flaw and structure, and the propagation velocity at the flaw leading edge is relatively fast where the flaw width is narrow and the pressurization rate is high. The case structure deformation and crack propagation induced by ignition impact and combustion are the main factors causin explosion when a solid rocket motor is ignited.
