摘要
用实验流变学的方法研究了AP级配和铝粉对HTPB推进剂药浆流变性能的影响。级配使动力学粒子空隙体积分数减少,小粒度起类似润滑剂的作用,降低粒子聚集结构强度是级配使推进剂屈服值、粘度和增大假塑性指数值降低的主要原因;铝粉颗粒间不存在相互作用和表面的微碱性,强化了上述级配的作用,这是铝粉能显著改善药浆流变性的原因。
The effect of AP particle size distributions and aluminum on the rheological behaviour of the HTPB propellant slurry were studied experimentally. The decrease in the yield value τ y and the apparent viscosity η a of the propellant slurry and the increase in its pseudoplasticity n may be primarily due to the AP multimodal reducing the volume fraction of the void between hydrodynamic particles, and the finer particles conceived as the ball bearing, which can decrease the strength of the aggregate of particles. Aliminum can obviously improve the rheological behaviour of the propellant slurry because of the noninteraction between its particles and the weakbasic surface.
