摘要 焊枪倾角检测是进行空间焊缝跟踪的基础和前提,对它的研究具有重要的意义。提出了在气体保护药芯焊丝电弧焊中,利用旋转电弧传感器进行焊枪倾角实时检测的方法。首先在理论推导和计算机仿真计算的基础上,说明了采用焊接电流区间积分差值法进行倾角检测的正确性,得到了焊枪倾角的判断与焊枪水平偏差密切相关的结论;其次进行了大量探索性试验,通过对焊接电流的采样和分析、处理,总结出在不同条件下的焊枪倾角判定准则;最后通过验证性试验对所得的判定结论进行校验,并对试验的相关结果进行了讨论。 The detection of welding torch angle is the base and premise to track the space seam,and its study has an important significance. The method to detect welding torch angle with rotating arc sensor in gas shielded arc welding with flux-cored wire was introduced. Firstly,the correctness of detecting welding torch angle by using interval integral difference method of welding current was indicated based on the theoretical derivation and computer simulation,and the conclusion of the close relationship between the welding torch angle and its horizontal deviation was obtained. Secondly,a lot of exploratory experiments were carried out. The criterion to judge the welding torch angle under the different conditions was concluded by means of sampling,analyzing and processing the welding current. At last,the conclusions were verified by experiments and discussed.
