摘要
采用热丝冷体TIG堆焊工艺,分析了在20钢板上堆焊HS201焊丝时,熔化焊丝的润湿铺展行为、效果与焊接电流等工艺参数之间的关系,得到了焊接电流与铺展宽度、润湿角之间联系的规律,发现增加焊接电流能有效改善其铺展性。对比热丝焊接与冷丝焊接、常温焊接与冷体焊接时铺展宽度、润湿角之间的差别,得到了4种工艺条件对HS201焊丝在20钢板上的润湿铺展行为的影响。分析结果表明,焊接电流过大时,过多Fe元素进入铜层,导致铺展性下降,溶解铁形态的变化受溶解量和冷却条件的影响。
The relationships between wetting and spreading and welding current in arc-assisted hot-wire welding of cool-body with wire HS201 on 20 steel sheet were investigated,and the laws between breadth of spreading zone and wetting angle were obtained. Compared differences at the breadth of spreading zone and the wetting angles in arc-assisted hot-wire welding with and without using hot-wire and in cool-body welding with and without cooling at back of sheet,the effects of using arc-assisted hot-wire and cooling from back of sheet were achieved.
