摘要
为满足高性能柴油机强化程度和排放要求的提高,国内新开发了一种通过摩擦焊连接的新型锻钢结构活塞。论文在试验基础上探索研究了锻钢结构活塞的摩擦焊工艺规范。通过对活塞材料的分析和焊接接头的设计,运用正交试验设计对焊接工艺规范进行了初步优化,进行了小批量的生产验证,并对焊接件进行了相关检测和后续加工。经过装机台架试验,摩擦焊接头可以满足活塞使用性能和可靠性要求。
In order to satisfy the requirement to improve the high capability diesel engine strengthening level and emissions control,the forged steel structure piston joined by friction welding was newly developed. The friction welding produre of forged steel structure piston was studied. By way of piston material analysis and the design of the friction welded joint,the friction welding procedure was optimized by the orthogonal test,and the friction welding parameter were obtained and used in small-batch production. The friction welded joint can satisfy the requirement of service performance and the reliability of piston,which was verified by experiments.
