半潜式钻井平台浮箱表面裂纹损伤研究 被引量:1

摘要 如何评价和处理现役海洋平台存在的各种裂纹是我国海洋工程界面临的一大难题。半潜式钻井平台由于结构更复杂,且浮箱和立柱对水密性要求严格,裂纹问题更加严重。以我国南海5号半潜式平台检测出的浮箱表面裂纹为研究对象,将平台结构整体分析与裂纹尖端局部断裂力学分析相结合,采用ABAQUS软件构造板壳结构表面裂纹,对决定裂纹是否扩展的断裂力学参量以及腐蚀等因素对裂纹尖端断裂力学参量分布的影响进行了研究。本文方法及研究结果为含裂纹半潜式钻井平台结构的安全评估奠定了基础。 How to evaluate the effect of the cracks on the safety of platforms is a frustrating problem in offshore engineering. For semi-submersible drilling units, eracks are causing even more serious problems especially in columns and pontoons where watertight integrity shall be strietly guaranteed. This paper makes a full investigation on surface cracks detected in the pontoons of the NH5 semi-submersible unit by applying the FEM to the global structural analysis and together the fracture mechanics to the crack tip evaluation. ABAQUS is used for simulating the surface cracks in the shell and plate structures of the pontoons, and some parameters for crack evaluation are analyzed in order to exhibit the influence of the parameters on the crack propagation. The methods in this paper are tentative attempts for evaluating security of semisubmersible unit with the surface cracks in the shell structures.
