Developing and applying a management software for commissioning offshore platforms

通过对以往海上平台大量调试数据信息进行研究,选择ACCESS作为数据库开发工具,结合VB语言自主开发了海上平台调试管理软件,并在惠州21-1B项目进行了试应用,取得了良好的效果。成功应用该调试管理软件,可实现海上平台调试管理的标准化与精细化,提高调试工作质量,加快调试工作进程。

By analyzing a great mass of old data on commissioning offshore oil platforms, selecting ACCESS as a tool to develop databases, and combining with VB language, a management software for commissioning offshore platforms was autonomously developed, and was applied in HZ 21-1B project, making good results. Successful applications of this commissioning software can realize standardization and refinement of the offshore platform commissioning management, improving commissioning quality and speeding the commissioning process.
