流体切应力促进组织工程骨成骨和血管化的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 流体切应力在组织工程学中得到越来越多的重视。通过模拟流体切应力作用于骨组织后对感应细胞(成骨细胞和血管内皮细胞)产生刺激,达到骨量增多和快速血管化的目的。通过阐述流体切应力对成骨细胞和血管内皮细胞的作用机制,为促进组织工程骨的成骨和血管化提供思路和依据。
