摘要
目的探讨CIK过继免疫法配合手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法44例非小细胞肺癌患者分为联合治疗组(手术+免疫治疗)20例,单纯手术组24例;观察患者近期疗效免疫学指标和癌胚抗原(CEA)等的变化。结果两组治疗前T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞、CEA含量比较无显著性差异,联合治疗组治疗后60天与治疗前比较,CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值、NK细胞、CEA含量改善(P<0.05),且优于单纯手术组(P<0.05)。结论采取外科手术与CIK过继免疫联合治疗能改善其免疫功能,降低其CEA含量。
Objective To explore the effect of CIK with surgical treatment on the patients with non - small cell lung cancer. Meth- ods 44 cases of non - small cell lung caner were divided into combination treatment group （ surgieall treatement ＋ CIK） （ n = 20） and sug- ical group（ n = 24） for observation of immunity indexes and CEA. Results There was no significant differenee in T - lymphocyte, NK cell and CEA before treatment in both groups. CD4 ＋ and CD4 ^＋/CD8 ＋ CEA and NK cell in combined with CIK group after 60 day treatment were improved,which was superior to surgical group（P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion Surgical treatment combined with CIK can improve immunity function and CEA of the patients with lung cancer.
