乌司他丁抑制肝切除术后高迁移率族蛋白1的释放及对肝功能的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察乌司他丁(ulinastatin,UTI)对肝切除术后患者血浆高迁移率族蛋白1(Hiigh mobility group box-1 protein,HMGB1)水平的影响及其对肝功能的保护作用。方法121例患者随机分为:对照组(58例)和乌司他丁组(63例),分别于术前1天和肝切除术后1,3,5,7天采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆高迁移率族蛋白1活性,采用全自动生化分析仪检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平。结果乌司他丁治疗组ALT、AST、HMGB1活性下降速度明显快于对照组(P<0.05);乌司他丁对TBIL的影响明显滞后于ALT和AST的变化,但是下降速度仍然快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁可能抑制HMGB1释放,对肝切除术患者肝功能具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of the ulinastatin on high mobility group box - 1 (HMGB1) protein and the liver function protection in patients undergoing hcpatoectorny. Methods 121 patients scheduled for bepatoectomy were randomly divided into two groups: control group (58cases) and ulinastatin group(63cases). Plasma level of the HMGB1 protein activation was detected by enzyme -Linked Immunoadsorbent Assay(ELISA). Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBIL) were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer at 1 day before and I, 3, 5, 7 days after the hepatoectomy respectively. Re- sults Compared to control group, the ALT,ALT and HMGB1 decreased more rapidly(P 〈 0. 05). The influence on TBIL of ulinastatin was lagged of enzame change apparently, but the decreasing speed was still faster than that of control group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Ulinastatin can decrease the plasma HMGB1 level and then protect the liver function of the patients accepting hepatoeetomy.
