肱骨外髁骨折不愈合伴发育不全的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment for Lateral Condylar Fracture of Humerus with Fracture-nonunions and Hypoplasia

目的评价手术切开复位内固定治疗肱骨外髁骨折不愈合伴发育不全的临床疗效。方法通过对16例肱骨外髁骨折不愈合伴发育不全采用手术切开复位内固定治疗,并对肘关节功能进行手术前及术后评价。结果16例获得随访,时间1～5年(平均3年),根据HSS美国特种外科医院临床评分标准:优11例,良3例,一般2例,优良率87.5%。结论对于肱骨外髁骨折不愈合伴发育不全,手术治疗可获得满意的效果。

Objective To evaluate the effects of surgical internal fixation in treatment of lateral condylar fracture of humerus with fracture - nonunions and hypoplasia. Methods Sixteen patients with fracture - nonunions and hypoplasia after lateral condylar fracture of humerus were treated with surgical internal fixation, and the functional recovery of pre - and post - operation of elbow were evaluated. Results Sixteen cases were followed up for average 3 years （1 - 5 years）. The function evaluation was based on HSS. Eleven sides were rated as excellent, 3 good and 2 fair. The long - term excellent - good tare was 87.5 %. Conclusion It is feasible to apply surgical operation and internal fixation for the treatment of lateral condylar fracture of humerus with fracture - nonunions and hypoplasia. Satisfactory clinical results can be obtained.
