P波离散度在房颤电复律后再复发的预测价值

摘要 目的:观察心房颤动(AF)患者在电复律前后P波最大时限(Pmax)和P波离散度(PWD)的变化,探讨Pmax、PWD对AF电复律后复发的预测价值。方法:45例慢性持续性AF患者成功电复律后6个月内复查心电图检查,按AF是否复发分为AF复发组与AF未复发组,观察测量两组的Pmax和PWD,并以PWD≥80ms为阳性标准,评估PWD对AF电复律后复发的预测价值。结果:18例的PWD超过80ms,其中13例AF复发。27例PWD小于80ms,12例复发,PWD为60ms的敏感性和特异性分别为53.8%和76.5%,PWD为80ms的敏感性为26.9%,特异性为88.2%。结论:PWD≥80ms对AF电复律后再次复发的预测具有一定特异性。
