倍他乐克对充血性心力衰竭患者P波离散度的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察倍他乐克(betaloc)治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的P波离散度(Pwave dispersion,PD)改变,探讨其临床意义。方法:充血性心力衰竭患者62例,均接受基础抗心力衰竭治疗,其中倍他乐克组35例,对照组27例。治疗前和治疗6个月后检测同步12导联心电图。测量P波最大时限(Pmax)、P波最小时限(Pmin)、PD。结果:治疗后Pmax倍他乐克组(102±12)ms,对照组(115±16)ms,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。PD倍他乐克组(27±13)ms,对照组(39±13)ms,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:倍他乐克治疗使充血性心力衰竭患者PD减少,表明倍他乐克可减少充血性心力衰竭患者发生心房颤动的可能性。
