摘要
设计正交试验法并采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了性能良好纳米TiO2溶胶丝素复合膜,并利用SEM、FTIR及XRD等分析手段对丝素膜进行表征,结果表明:纳米TiO2均匀分散在丝素膜中,纳米TiO2与丝素分子相互作用,导致丝素分子的重排,并诱导丝素构象从SilkⅠ向SilkⅡ转变。
In this paper, the regenerated nano-TiO2/SF (silk fibroin) composite films were synthesized using solgel processing. Through orthogonal experiments, experimental methods were optimized. The structures of the pure silk and composite films were characterized by SEM, FTIR and XRD. The results show that the nano-TiO2 particles are well dispersed in the silk fibroin films, the reactions between nanometer particles and silk molecular induce the rearrangement of silk fibroin molecular, which also make the conformation transits of silk fibroin from Silk Ⅰ to Silk Ⅱ.
