摘要
采用普通挤出机与收敛式挤出机头,通过熔体连续挤出的方法制备了厚度为1.5mm的自增强聚丙烯(PP)片材。通过扫描电镜观察、显微硬度测定与透光率测试,与普通片材进行对比研究。结果表明,自增强试样内形成了伸直链微纤结构形态。
Self-reinforced polypropylene sheets (15mm thickness) have been prepared using a conventional extruder and a conical die from continuous melt extrusion. The scanning electron micrograph observation and microhardness and light transmittance measurements are used to characterize the normal and selfreinforced sheets This study demonstrates that the extendedchain microfibrious structural morphology is formed in the selfreinforced sample along the extrusion direction. The microfibril is the reinforced phase in the selfreinforced polymerical materials
