摘要
采用加压铸造法制备出多孔铝合金大块试样,系统地研究了浇注温度、充型压力等工艺参数对充型过程的影响。实验表明,预制块的初始预热温度对最终制品的有效长度起着重要作用,高的浇注温度及较大的充型压力也有助于金属液向空隙的渗透。预制块空隙尺寸越大,金属液越容易渗人,试样的有效渗流长度愈长。在实验研究的基础上,对金属液的渗流长度。
Large sample of an aluminium alloy was fabricated with pressure casting in this paper And the influence of process parameters (such as pouring temperature and infiltration pressure, etc) were studied systemetically The experimental results show that the initinal temperature of preform plays a critical role on valid length of final product However, high pouring temperature and high infiltration pressure would be benefit to the penetration of liquid metal through porous media In general, the larger void size of preform, the easier liquid metal penetcates, the longer distance of liquid metal penetrates.
