摘要
介绍了利用超塑成形方法成形直径为Φ410mm的钛合金半球件,并用三维有限元程序对成形过程进行了数值模拟,对数值模拟结果和实际成形件进行了对比分析。
This paper introduces the superplastic forming process of φ410 mm Ti alloy hemisphericaland the simulation of its forming process by 3 - D finite element program. The analysis is made between numerical simulation results and experiment.
