摘要 结合生产实例,论述了半终粉磨与分选技术在粉煤灰大型化粉磨作业中的应用。采用半终粉磨工艺流程,能够尽量使原料固有的颗粒形态不过多地受粉磨影响而改变,100%生产Ⅰ级粉煤灰;可以减少磨机的过粉磨现象,有利于降低电耗,提高粉磨效率;用作混凝土的细掺料,可以改善混凝土和易性、抗渗性、可泵性等产品性能。 Combined with some cases in production, a discussion about the application of the techniques of semi- finish grinding and separation to the large - scale grinding of fly - ash is made in this paper. By adopting the process of semi - finish grinding, the original particle shapes can 't be affected and changed by grinding too much and can be kept as well as possible, and as a result, complete high -quality A - class fly- ash can be produced, the over- grinding phenomenon in the grinding mill can be reduced, the power consumption can be decreased and the efficiency of grinding can be in creased. Using this high - quality fly- ash as fine admixture can improve the end -use performances of concrete such as mixability, impermeability, and pumpability.
