摘要
以再生式液体发射药火炮(RLPG)的液体药喷射为工程应用背景,研究了利用脉冲X射线成像分析液体发射药拟射流的实验方法,提供了一种相应测定射流喷射雾化形态和内部结构的测试系统,得到了多种喷口结构所形成的高压射流在喷射过程中的多幅连续X光照片,为相对准确分析射流雾化原理提供了实验依据.该测试系统较好地解决了高压密封问题,可以研究不同喷射压力、不同反压及多种喷嘴结构,对射流雾化形态的影响,并对阴影照相与X光成像两种技术进行了比较.
This paper presents a new type of experimental device for the simulation of the liquid injection and atomization procsses and introduces the special measure system. This system uses flash X rays to study the liquid jet breakup. X ray radiography of liuquid injection provides valuable information on the jet development, structure, propagation and disintegration which cannot be obtained optically. The paper analyses the physical limitations and discusses possibilities for increasing the contrast of X ray photography. With this system, in the confined space, the divergence structure of liquid jet nozzle, and the effects of back pressure can be investigated. Various flash radiographs of liquid injection phenomena illustrate the achieved progress.
