摘要
为了提高基础教学管理效率,将基础教学管理中的众多项目,融会成"一个中心,两个环节,四个轮子"的管理思路;在整个教学过程中贯穿该思路,从而使得日常教学及教学管理工作忙而不乱,管理效率明显提高。
In order to improve the management efficiency of preclinical medicine, the current study is to conclude the actual experiences of teaching management, and here concludes that with the mind of ＂one core, two aspects, four ‘wheels＇ ＂in head, the whole teaching work could be mastered fluently, and the management efficiency has greatly been improved.
