国内艾滋病中医文献的证候研究评价

Evaluation of the Differentiation Study of the Internal AIDS TCM Literature

目的:对目前国内已发表的艾滋病中医文献的证候进行综合分析和总结,了解其发展现状和存在的问题。方法:参考循证医学系统综述的研究方法,于2007年10月份对CNKI、VIP数据库进行全文检索,并手工检索艾滋病中医专著,尽可能地搜集国内已发表的艾滋病中医文献全文,对艾滋病的常见中医证候进行统计和综合分析。结果:31篇论文、5本专著纳入研究。由于文献中的证候名称多而乱,部分证候名称很不规范,并且很多文献未提及各种证候出现的频率,难以进行统计。因此只能对文献提及的证候名称出现次数进行统计,有18种证候名称出现频率较高。结论:近20年来的艾滋病中医证候研究水平偏低,辨证标准不统一,部分证候名称很不规范,研究方法存在诸多问题,有待于进一步改进和提高。

Objective：The article synthetic analyses and summarizes the differentiation of symptoms and signs in the announced literature to get the developing condition and the question,Methods：Refer to evidence -based medicine method, and retrieval the whole documents in the CNKI, VIP data base, and retrieval the AIDS in the TCM works by hand. Get more articles domestic published article as many as possible, statistics and analyses the TCM syndrome of AIDS. Results：There are 31 essayrs and 5 monographs is brough into research. Because of many and complexed name of TCM differentiations, abnormal syndrome name and seldom appeard various syndrome names. It is not easy to statistic. So the essay just add up the frequencies of the TCM differentiations. 18 kinds is high frequency. Conclusion：The research level of the TCM syndrome of AIDS remains low in the nearly 20years. The denominator of differentiation of symptoms and signs is not at equal, and some of the name of the syndrome is not standard. The method of research is not correct, and it needs to be improved and raised.
