通过对《伤寒论》条文、方证进行系统分析与综合,说明《伤寒论》中定量辨证思想贯穿于伤寒辨证论治体系的各个方面。对于单一病理因素的定量辨证相对简单,而两种以上病理因素的定量辨证则较为复杂,尤其是不同病理因素之间的轻重比重更是需要认真研究。重点从《伤寒论》定量辨证中对复合病性的定比思想进行初步探索。主要从对立病性之间的定量定比辨证和非对立病性之间的定量定比辨证两个方面来论述。通过分析学习《伤寒论》定量辨证中的定比思想,来提高临床辨证的精确性。并以此说明定量辨证中的定比思维具有重要的理论意义和临床意义。

By analysis and summarization of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Decoction -Syndrome System, the rule is obtained that quantitative syndrome differentiation goes throughout the whole febrile treatment and differentiation system. Syndrome differentiation by definite quantity of sole pathgen is simple while that of two or more pathgens is complicated. The degree of different pathogens should be studied carefully. This article emphasized definite proportion thoughts on compound pathogens in Syndrome Differentiation by definite quantity of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. The opposite pathogens and non - opposite pathgens were the main two aspects. Accuracy in clinical differentiation would be increased according to the thoughts. And then, important theo- retical and clinical significance could be comfirmed.
