奄贯各家烛微茫 融会中西出新知——李如奎治疗运动神经元病的经验

Analyzing Doubts Based on Various Schools,Original Views Comes from the Combination of Western and Chinese Medicine:Professor Rukui Li's experience of motor neuron disease treatment

李如奎教授长期从事中西医结合神经内科的临床、科研、教学工作,在神经变性疾病的中西医结合治疗方面积累了丰富经验。对运动神经元病的中医治疗,他提出了痉痿同治,健脾益气与滋阴填精并举;攻补兼施,补益脾肾与理气化湿合参的特色诊疗经验。彰显其治疗神经科疑难杂症重视辨证与辨病相结合,重视乙癸同源,调和肝脾的学术思想。

Professor Rukui Li has been engaged in the clinical, research and teaching work of neurology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for many years, and has accumulated rich treatment experience of neurodegenerative disease. For motor neuron disease , he believes that both Jing syndrome and Wei syndrome should be manipulated at the same time, so the methods of ＂strengthening spleen and replenishing qi＂ and ＂nourishing yin and replenishing essence＂ should be used respectively. The principles of reinforcing and eliminating should be combined, then the methods of ＂reinforcing spleen and kidney＂ and ＂regulating qi and dissipating dampness＂ should be integrated together. Which formed professor Li＇s characteristic therapeutic experience for motor neuron disease. It also indicates his academic view in the treatment of neurology diffcuh disease that emphasis the importance of combination of differenting syndrome and differenting disease,liver and kidney being of same source and harmonizing liver and spleen.
