摘要
目的:以丙咪嗪为探针药物,采用体内代谢的方法研究附子、甘草单用与伍用之后分别对丙咪嗪血药浓度的影响。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为空白组、附子组、甘草组、附子甘草合煎组,中药提取液诱导6天,于第7天尾静脉注射丙咪嗪溶液,定点取血,以HPLC法测定丙咪嗪体内血药浓度的变化。结果:附子单用抑制丙咪嗪的代谢,甘草单用诱导丙咪嗪的代谢,同用时甘草的诱导作用起主导作用。实验提示:中药复方的研究,可以从药物代谢的角度入手;附子配伍甘草时其体内代谢速率加快,从药物代谢的角度揭示了甘草缓和附子毒性的科学内涵。
Objective: :Take the imipramine as the probe medicine ,uses in vivo metabolism the method study monkshood,licorice Shah Yong and the five after separately to imipramine metabolism speed influence. Methods : Will test the big mouse to divide into the blank group, to attach the sub-group, the licorice group, the monkshood licorice stochastically to gather fries the group, the traditional Chinese medicine extracts induces 6d,in the 7th day of tail intravenous injection imipramine solution, the fixed point draws blood, by HPLC law determination imipramine in vivo metabolism change. Results:The monkshood uses to suppress the imi- pramine only metabolism, the licorice uses the induction imipramine only metabolism, with time licorice induction leading role. The experiment prompts :The traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription's research ,may obtain from the medicine generation of dynamics angle;The inferring monkshood blends when the licorice its in vivo metabolism speed speeds up, verified the licorice from the medicine metabolism's angle to be possible to relax nature of the monkshood scientific nature and the rationality.
