摘要
首先给出了不完全疲劳寿命数据和无失效寿命数据的平均秩估计量公式，然后导出了不完全疲劳寿命数分别遵循三参数Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ分布和对数正态分布参数的等权估计公式与加权估计公式，最后给出了两个应用实例。
There are a lot of incomplete data and non failure data in the real engineering. The mean ranks of the incomplete fatigue life data and the non failure data are presented respectively. And the parameter estimation methods of the 3 Parameter Weibull Distribution and the log Gauss Distribution, which the incomplete fatigue life data follows, are proposed respectively. At last, two examples are given.
