30例中暑患者的辨证施护

TCM Nursing of 30 Women with Heatstroke Syndrome

目的:在中医基础理论的指导下,对30例中暑患者进行辨证施护。方法:运用辨证施护的理论,从饮食、用药、病情观察及症状护理等方面作了较全面的总结和一些有益的探讨。结果:辨证施护组的29例中暑患者症状明显改善,总有效率达96.7%,痊愈率为76.7%,且差异有统计学意义。结论:中医辨证施护对中暑具有较好的疗效。

Objective：Based on the TCM theory,30 patients with heatstroke syndrome were treated and nursed. Methods：With the theory of nursing based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs, the author made a more comprehensiue summary and did some beneficial discussions about diet, medicine,condition observation and the symptom nurses and so forth. Results：29 patients with heatstroke syndrome in the group of nursing based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs were improved on symptoms, the total effective rate was 96.7 %, the heal rate was 76.7 %, and differences have statistics significance. Conclusion：Nursing based on TCM overall analysis of symptoms and signs has good curative effect on heatstroke syndrome.
