Research into Military Transportation Support for Non-war Military Operations

遂行非战争军事行动已成为我军新时期的重要职能之一,军交运输保障有力与否,是决定部队圆满完成非战争军事行动任务的重要影响因素。以非战争军事行动为背景,以军事交通运输为主线,分析了保障特点,界定了保障任务,明确了保障原则,在此基础上,提出了加强保障能力的对策和措施:健全完善应急保障机制,加快发展投送拳头力量,有效配置军地保障资源,开展军交专业训练演练。

Performing non-war military operations has been turned into one of our Army＇s important missions in the present new period. Whether military transportation support is powerful will decide the success or failure of our Army＇s performing its non-war military operations. With the non-war military opera- tions as the background, and military transportation as the main line, the characteristics, content and prin- ciples of military transportation support of non-war military operations are analysed in the paper, upon the basis of which measures and counter-measures are presented, such as those concerning establishing and perfecting the emergency transportation support system, speeding up developing the backbone strength for delivering powerful forces, effectively deploying military and regional support resources, carrying out professional military transportation training and drilling, etc.
