摘要 为适应既有线提速后承受列车荷载的需要及保证旅客列车舒适性,换架既有线桥梁成为近年来大修施工的关键。介绍了能够满足提速梁整孔换架对承载能力、施工精度和通用性、便捷性要求的大吨位、自走行高架台车的结构型式,叙述了高架台车结合龙门吊换梁施工的全过程。此技术充分利用了单个天窗点完成多孔梁的更换任务,不仅节约了大量投资,而且能够最大限度的减少对运输的影响,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。 To meet the requirements of the post-acceleration train loads and ensure the comfort of the pas- senger train, the placement of beams of existing railway bridges becomes a key part of recent major repair construction. The structural type of the heavy-duty, auto-moving elevated trolley, which can meet the needs of bearing capability, construction precision, universality, and convenience and simplicity when the train is accelerated, is introduced in the paper, with the whole process of lifting beams by the elevated trolley in collaboration with a gantry crane dealt with. This technique, making full use of a single skylight point, is successfully used to replace many beams, which helps not only save much investment, but also reduce the affection on transportation to the maximum extent. As a result, it leads to comparatively good economic and social results.
