Success and Failure:The Two Result of Practise Bribery in Election——Villagers' Committees of Practise Bribery in Election

近年来,在村委会换届选举过程中,贿选越来越普遍。候选人希望通过贿选,获得村民手中的选票,以便在选举中顺利当选。事实上,贿选并不一定能够取得成功,贿选有两种结果:一是贿选成功,获得村民手中的选票,最终顺利当选;二是贿选失败,不仅没有获得相应的选票,反而失去了应得的选票,甚至面临法律的惩处。

In recent years, practise bribery in election become more and more common in the election of Villagers＇ Committees. Candidates want to earn village people＇s ballots by practising bribery in election so that they will succeed in the election. But in fact, it＇s not sure that practise bribery in election will succeed, there are two results about it： on the one hand, some people will succeed, so they will earn village people＇s ballots and win an election finally; on the other hand ,someone else will lose, they cant get corresponding ballots but also lose deserving ballots, even more, they have to face the punishment of law.
