摘要
目前,唐山市生态环境形势十分严峻,资源衰竭与浪费相当严重,迫切需要进行生态城市建设。本文首先介绍了生态城市的概念和特点,接着分析了唐山市生态城市建设的必要性和紧迫性,指出了唐山市生态城市建设应遵循的原则,最后提出了唐山市生态城市建设的具体思路和措施。
At present, the situation of environment is rigorous in Tangshan. The resource is exhausted and wasted seriously, the city is urgent to be established to an ecological city. The artical presents the conception and characteristic of ecological city and then analyzes the necessity and pressure, points out the principle that a ecological city should follow. Finally, the artical puts forward the concrete thought and measures in establishing the ecological city in Tangshan.
