摘要
促进大学生就业,是当前构建和谐社会的迫切任务之一。在大学生就业难的问题上,把主要原因归结为他们到发达地区、大城市或机关事业单位就业的主观倾向和家庭因素是不全面的。实际上,一个民族经济体对劳动力容纳和吸收的能力才是决定劳动就业量的关键。所以,必须充分考虑到大学生就业难的社会原因,如高等教育体制、产业创新机制和就业环境等社会制约因素,才能多管齐下,促进大学生就业。
On the difficult problem of the employment of university student, to think that it' s main cause is student' subjective tendency to go to the developed area or big city is not reasonable. In fact, the ability of one national economic system to contain or absorb laborer is the key to determine the quantity of employment. Terefore, there are profound social cause in the employment of university student including the system of higher education, the mechanism of industry innovation, and the surroundings of employment.
