The Translator's Turn——View the Translator's Initiative from the Development of the Practice and Theory of Translation in China

长期以来,西方的语言观和传统的翻译理论一直束缚着人们对于译者主体性的探索和发现。其实,从翻译发展的历程来看,到处可见她的踪影。以道格拉斯.鲁宾逊的"翻译身体学"为理论支持,以中国翻译理论和实践的发展为例,意在从新认识和发现译者主体性在翻译中的重要意义。

For a long time, contemporary linguistics and the traditional translation theories limited researchers to discover and explore the translator＇ s initiative. In fact, from the development of translation, it can be seen anywhere. This paper chooses Douglas Robinson＇ s somatics of translation as its theoretical supporting, and uses the development of Chinese practice and theory of translation as the instance, then illustrates the importance of translator＇ s initiative which exists in the development of translation.
