冷战后,国际形势发生了深刻的变化,美国作为世界上对非洲有重要影响的大国之一,相应地对其非洲政策进行了重大调整。尤其是在经贸方面,除了推行多党民主与经济挂钩外,更多的是加紧抢占非洲的市场和资源。这一调整必对我国与非洲的关系产生新的影响。文章深入分析了美国对非经济政策,以期进一步认识美国在非洲的政策和实践。

With the great change of international environment in the post-cold war era, USA, as one of the most powers to Africa in the world, regulated their foreign policy toward Africa correspondingly. Especially in economic and trade, besides their banner of a multi-party democracy, a more prominent trait is to develop economic and trade relations with Africa, in order to seize Africa＇ s markets and resources. The article has analyzed the US adjusted the trade policy＇ s to the Africa,which can further understand the US foreign policy and practice toward Africa.
