摘要 文章阐述了人体头颈部冲击生物力学研究的重要意义,介绍了冲击生物力学的基本概念和研究方法;其中,重点介绍了计算机模型,特别是有限元生物力学模型在人体头颈部结构研究和冲击模拟中的重要作用。同时详细介绍了目前国内外头颈部冲击生物力学以及有限元模型的研究情况,分析了目前在人体头颈部冲击有限元生物力学模型研究方面存在的问题,并提出了今后在人体头颈部冲击有限元生物力学模拟研究中所要进行的工作。 The importance of impact biomechanics research on human head and neck was firstly discussed. And then the concepts and research methods were introduced. The key point of this paper is to introduce the computer biomechanics model, especially the importance of finite element biomechanics model for the research on the structure and impact simulation of human head and neck. The paper also reviewed the state of the research on impact biomechanics and finite element models, analyzed the problems of current finite element models, and prospected future works on the simulation of finite element impact biomechanics for human head and neck.
