对在校护生进行护工指导师培训模式的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨对在校护生进行系统性的护工指导师培训模式,提高护生的综合素质。[方法]应用基于行业的学习(IBL)教学法对培训对象进行护工指导师培训,分析培训前后护理操作技能考核成绩,并进行问卷调查。[结果]培训后护生护理操作技能考核成绩显著提高,所有参加者均认为经培训后可以承担部分护工培训任务,并对培训模式较满意。[结论]对在校护生进行护工指导师培训须根据护工行业服务的要求,建立护工指导师培训体系,包括护工指导师培训计划、培训大纲、培训考试大纲、考核标准、系统性的培训内容以及护工导师能级的确定。
