初情期是指雄性和雌性动物第1次排出配子的时期。动物初情期的启动是动物从出生发育到获得繁殖能力的标志。研究证明在初情期GABA的分泌量增加,高浓度的GABA与GABAAR结合会刺激GnRH神经元的分泌,促进初情期的启动。
Puberty refers to the period that male or female animal discharges gamete in the first time. The onset of animals＇ puberty is the mark that animal obtained reproductive capacity since it was born. This study demonstrated that the secretion amounts of GABA increased in puberty, the combination of high concentration GABA and GABAAR could stimulate the secretion GnRH nerve fiber and promote the onset of puberty.
