摘要
在市场经济条件下,面对新阶段农业发展的新任务和新要求,原有的农业技术推广体系存在的问题就显现出来了。鉴此,提出政府公益性农业推广体系改革与创新的具体措施成了当务之急,为切实保证农业技术推广体系上下贯通、网络健全,更好地发挥县、乡农业技术推广机构的职能作用,必须创新机构设置,打破目前依附行政体制设置的单一格局,整合社会资源,优化职能分工,理顺县、乡农业推广机构管理体制,建立合理的网络化的农业技术推广体系。以期建立与市场经济相适应的县、乡农业推广体系提供参考。
Under the market economy condition, facing new tasks and requirements of agricultural development in new stage, the original agricultural technology extension system shows its problems.Therefore, it is urgent for us to put forward the concrete measures for the reform and innovation of government public welfare agricultural technology extension system, in order to truly guarantee up and down connected and perfect network of agrieu｜tural technology extension system, and better play its function in county and village, we should improve organization setting, break the single pattern attach to administrative system setting, intergrate social resource, optimize functional division of labor, rationalize the management system of agricultural extension organization in county and village and build reasonable net- worked agricultural technology extension system. Hoping to provide the references for building agricultural technology extension system suitable to market economy in county and village.
