失地农民边缘化问题的研究——基于非正规就业角度的分析

Research on the Problem of Land-lost Farmers' Marginalization——From the Angel of the Non-formal Employment

伴随着工业化和城镇化的高速发展,各种用地需求大量增加,征占农业用地力度越来越大,失地农民越来越多,并迅速形成和扩大为一个新的社会群体。农民在失去土地以后,不得不转移到城市就业,大量的失地农民在农转工的过程中,处于非正规就业状态,出现了被逐步边缘化的趋向,并在城市中形成了"城中村"现象,这种现象目前已经引起了各界的广泛关注。主要在分析失地农民现状的基础上,利用职业搜寻-匹配理论构建了一个小模型来分析探讨失地农民在农村失去土地和农转工过程中被边缘化的具体过程和原因,并指出了这种现象对社会造成的不利影响,最后提出了一些相应的解决对策。

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, various demands for land appear a substantial increase, occupying agricultural land is growing, more and more farmers lost land, and a new social group is formed and rapidly expanded. After lost land, farmers had to transfer to urban for employment, a large number of land-lost farmers lied in the state of non-formal employment in the process of transformation from farmers to workers, there was a gradual marginalization trends, and formed a ＂Chengzhongcun＂ phenomenon in cities, which has attracted wide attention. Based on the analysis of current situation of land-lost farmers, using professional ＂search-matching＂ theory, the paper built a small model for ana- lyzing and exploring the concrete process and specific reasons of marginalization of land-lost farmers, and pointed out that the phenomenon caused adverse effects for society, finally made some corresponding solutions.
