摘要
农民是建设和谐新农村的主导力量,认真分析和审视中国农民法律意识的现状以及影响农民法律意识的因素,提出提高农民法律意识的途径,并加以正确引导,才能更好的创造和谐社会主义新农村,实现农村法治化。
Farmer is the leading force in building up a harmonious new countryside. The paper carefully analyzed and reviewed the current situation of legal awareness among farmers in China,as well as the factors of affecting legal awareness of farmers, put forward the ways of improving legal awareness of farmers, and offered a correct guidance, this can better create a harmonious socialist new countryside and promote the rural areas to achieve rule by law.
