法理学三十年之法的价值问题研究述评

A Comment on Studies on Value of Law in 30 Years of Jurisprudence

自改革开放以来,中国法理学已走过三十年的成长历程,法的价值问题是中国法理学的重要研究内容之一。对三十年来法理学界关于法的价值研究的三个主要方面进行了述评,一方面使我们对学界同仁的研究成果有一个总括性的了解,看到中国法理学人的学术贡献;另一方面,通过对研究中存在问题的展示,使我们认识到法的价值问题探讨的多维性、复杂性,促使我们将该项研究推向深入。

Since the reform and opening-up policy was initiated, China＇ s jurisprudence has developed for 30 years, in which study on value of law has always been the focus. This paper aims to discuss such study from three major aspects, so as to make a general summary of the academic achievements and to honor the scholars＇ contribution. Meanwhile, based on the issues discovered in these studies, this paper suggests that study on value of law should be deepened and promoted based on its multi-perspective and complex features.
