摘要
采用不同保存方法对狐阴道加德纳氏菌的保存期进行了测定，结果表明，该菌冷冻真空干燥后一20℃至少可保存7年，液体培养菌种2—8℃可保存60d；斜面培养菌加保护剂2～8℃可保存5年；一20℃湿冻可保存90d。
The Preservative periods for gardnerella Vaginalis of fox were determined withdifferent Preservative methods, the result shows that the bacterium at freezing and vaccumdrying can survive 7 years at-20℃ at least, the bacterium of liquid culture can survive 60days at 2～8℃, the bacterium of inclined culture can survive 5 years with protector at 2～8℃, the bacterium of liqsuid culture can survive 90 days at - 20℃o
