HPLC Determination of Ginsenoside Rg_1 in Red Ginseng Fibrous Root

建立了红参须中人参皂甙Rg1的高效液相色谱测定法。采用HypersilODS柱，以甲醇：水（54：46）为流动相，在203nm处检测，平均回收率为99．34％，相对标准偏差为0．51％。该方法准确、灵敏。

HPLC methocl was establiched for the edtermination of ginsenoside Rg1 in redginseng fibrous root. The sample was injected into a system comprising a columa of Hy-persil ODS2 with 54% methanol as mobile phase and a detection wavelength at 203 nm. theaverage recovery was 99. 34% and the relative standard deviation was 0. 51 %. This methodwas accurate and sensitive.
