摘要
在概述当前指挥与控制学科建设情况的基础上,提出了指挥与控制学科建设中需要重点研究和阐述的几个问题,主要包括指挥与控制学科体系、指挥与控制有关概念、指挥与控制基础理论等,以抛砖引玉,进一步推进指挥与控制学科建设。
On the basis of describing briefly the present building situation of command ＆ control discipline,the several problems to be researched and expounded emphatically in building of command ＆ control discipline are put forward, including the discipline system of command ＆ control, the concept concerned in command ＆ control and the basic theory etc. The aim is to cast a brick to attract jade,push on building of command ＆ control discipline.
