鱼雷联接结构可靠性稳健优化设计

摘要 将可靠性优化设计理论与可靠性灵敏度分析方法相结合,提出了可靠性稳健优化设计方法。采用该方法对鱼雷螺钉联接结构和楔环联接结构进行了实例分析,并给出了仿真计算结果,为工程实际机械产品的可靠性稳健优化设计提供了理论依据。 Based on the reliability design theory and the reliability sensitivity analysis method, a numerical method for robust reliability optimization design was presented. Bolt connection structure and wedge ring connection structure of torpedo was extensive analyzed using the method. The emulation and Computed results were provided also. According to the method presented in this paper, the robust reliability optimization designs for mechanical production in practical engineering were obtained.
