摘要
以TM40C-160智能型MCCB技术改进为例,采用安装后备脱扣器的方案提高分断能力。通过后备脱扣器与电子脱扣器在分断速度与分断时间进行比较,提出了后备脱扣器可迅速分断电路,缩短分断时间。并阐述了后备脱扣器在低压断路器中应用的必要性以及后备脱扣器的磁系统与短路电流的特性关系。
Taking the improving technology of TM40C-160 intelligent MCCB as an example, the breaking ability was enhanced by installing baek-up releaser. By comparing the breaking velocity and time between back-up releasor and electronic releaser, the back-up one can quickly break the circuit, shortening the breaking time. The neccesity of installing back-up releaser in low voltage circuit breakers and the characteristic relationship between the magnetic system and short-circuit current were expounded.
