可见光响应型掺杂TiO_2的制备与性能表征 被引量:1

Preparation and Properties of Visible Light Response Doped TiO_2

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备氮掺杂TiO2,并利用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis光谱和光催化降解实验对其进行结构性能表征。结果表明,经过氮掺杂的TiO2主要以锐钛矿晶型存在,并有极少量的金红石晶型存在;可见光响应性能比未掺杂的TiO2有很大的提高,其可见光响应范围在380~461nm之间;最终使其在可见光条件下对亚甲基蓝的降解活性得到显著增强,即光催化性能得到显著提高。 The N-doped TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method, its structure and properties were studied by XRD, SEM, UV-Vis spectrum and test of photo-catalysis deterioration. The results indicated that Ndoped TiO2 photo-catalyst was anatase crystalling phase with a small quantity of rutile crystalling phase. Its visible light absorptivity was better than no-doped TiO2, while the light absorb bound was from 380 nm to 461 nm. Its decomposed capability to the solution of methylene blue and photo-catalysis capability had greatly raised at visible light condition.
