村田33H加弹机生产涤纶竹节丝技术探讨

摘要 探讨了村田33H加弹机改造后生产涤纶竹节丝的可行性和技术特点。结果表明:33H加弹机经改造后,选择加工速度180m/min、拉伸倍数0.904、第一热箱温度190℃、第二热箱温度180℃、速比1.927、假捻角105℃、第二超喂1.94%、第三超喂-0.35%、零罗拉速度/第一罗拉速度1.561、接触压力0.2MPa的加工工艺,可生产出质量优异的涤纶竹节丝。 The feasibility and technical characteristic of modified Murata 33H draw-texturing machine in manufacturing thick and thin polyester filament were discussed. The parameters of texturizing speed 180 m/min, draw ratio 0.904, primary heater 190 ℃, secondary heater 180℃, velocity ratio 1.927, second overfeed ratio 1.94 %, third overfeed ratio -0.35 %, zero roller/first roller speed ratio 1.561 and touch pressure 0.2 MPa were selected and the high quality thick and thin ployester filaments were obtained.
