摘要
以水为囊芯,以聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯(PET)为囊壁,采用乳液-溶剂蒸发法合成一种水溶性囊芯的微胶囊,微胶囊表面光滑,粒径分布窄,平均粒径约100μm。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(OM)表征微胶囊的表面形貌特征,粒径及其分布。实验结果表明,乳化剂浓度和芯/壁比例等对PET微胶囊大小和粒径分布有较大影响。
A microcapsules with water - soluble core had been synthesized by emulsion - solvent evaporation method using water as core material and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as shell material, which had a mean diameter of 100μm, smooth surface morphology and fine dispersive properties. The surface morphology of microcapsules, size and distribution were characterized by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical microscope (OM). The results indicate that size and distribution of PET microcapsules are affected by the processing parameters greatly, including emulsifier concentration and mass ratio of core material to shell material.
